David comes from a management development background and his skills lie in the development of team surveys, 360 degree feedback solutions and providing 360 feedback coaching.
Rob Firmin (Operations Manager)
Rob is responsible for the overall day to day running of the Lumus 360 Degree Feedback office, ensuring clients get an outstanding service.
Andrew Jones
As our lead system engineer, Andrew is responsible for the construction and maintenance of our web-based products ensuring we stay at the leading edge of 360 appraisal and team survey technology.
Mike Peckham (Managing Director)
